Once my contract comes to an end in October I do not wish to continue or engage into another contract.

Welcome to the Community!

You can check the contract end date via your account or the app.

The end date will be under My Account>My Plan, from here the end date should be displayed.

Okay @Emma Bevan, your iD plan will continue until you cancel it, or get a PAC or STAC from iD, and then give the PAC or STAC (from iD) to another mobile service provider.

There are several online articles in the “Cancelling an iD Mobile plan” section of the iD Community, online at https://community.idmobile.co.uk/cancelling-an-id-mobile-plan-109, which explain how to cancel a plan.

Posting to this forum won’t cancel your iD plan - anyway, good luck @Emma Bevan.
