Live chat doesn't work. No support number. How do I get help?

There is Facebook, Twitter or one can wait for a reply from a member of the team here (might take a few days). FYI - Live chat is working here. Maybe you have an adblocker or something preventing it from working?

Were you able to get in touch via the methods suggested by @WelshPaul?

 

I’ve just tried the Live Chat and it’s worked for me, I’d recommend trying a different device or browser, alternatively we do have our Facebook, Twitter or even here on the iD Mobile community if you can let us know what the issue is we can assist here.
