Live Chat Not Working - ID Don't Answer the Phone - Need to Unblock My Phone - How Can I do This?

Today I lost my phone and blocked it. I’ve now found it but cant get through to ID Mobile on Live Chat or the telephone help line. How do I get ID Mobile to unblock my phone? This is dreadful customer service.

Hello @krasivaya08,

I suggest you PM iD Mobile through their social media pages on:

  1. Facebook
  2. twitter

It’s best to PM them between 9am - 6pm. If you contact iD between these times, you’ll get a real person to assist with your request.

This online community isn’t real-time, so it might be several days before iD read your post - anyway, good luck.
