Lost Number

I recently took out a sim only deal with i mobile, but as the id sim was not compatible with the samsung flip phone, i spoke with id within 48 hours of taking the contract out to cancel and she assured me everything was fine and as i hadnt used the sim i would not get charged.

Now i am being chased for not paying my direct debit !!!

i do not have the phone number so cannot access any complaint procedure or my account etc etc

 

What do i do

Perhaps best to pay the outstanding amount, if possible, @Bruce Ewan

Unfortunately, iD Mobile send you an activated SIM card and start charging line rental from the date of dispatch, even if the SIM is never used. This is tucked away in their terms & conditions, agreed at the point-of-purchase.

Are you being charged for the time spent on the plan or the full term of the contract?

 

If you’ve cancelled/returned with your returns period, you should only be charged for the time spent on your plan.

 

Your iD Mobile number should be in your “Welcome to iD” email.
