Can someone help? Recently switched to ID mobile. Took my number with me. Voicemail works when I decline a call, it works when I am on another call, it works when I have the on airplane mode (regularly whilst in meetings) BUT if I miss a call it goes to a strange beeping tone. The caller can’t leave a message.
I have tried everything I can think of. Turned on voicemail on the app. Back on again. Reset Network settings, data roaming off, call forwarding off, call waiting off, back on, but the problem still exists. Goes to voicemail for everything OTHER than missed calls.
