I have paid my recent bill but I have a serious problem when I make calls it automatically forwards me to the customer payment helpline and says that I have paid and up to date with my payments then hangs up. This happens every time I call a phone number, but I’m not sure why it’s doing this if I have paid my bill along with that I am not able to make any calls due to the automated voicemail and not being able to use any mobile data at all.
ID MOBILE WHAT CAN BE DONE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP!!!
