Hi, my due date for my first bill was 4th October. Yesterday on the app I changed the payment day to 26th of every month which is the date I get paid.

I assumed that you would take first payment September 26th which is before my original due date but you have taken the first payment overnight?

 

Can you explain please?

Sounds like you might’ve just joined iD Mobile @Garry Alston.

Pay monthly iD contracts require payment in advance. Under a direct debit (DD) mandate the payment will be setup 3-days in advance of the due date.

Perhaps you changed your preferred payment date after the initial DD had been setup?
