My sim has completely stopped working

Hello,

 

for the last few days my simcard has been completely not working, my account is all okay through the app and my bill has been paid, but i am unable to call people (every-time i try i get an error message straight away) i am only able to send blue text msgs when i am connected to wifi, green msgs dont send at all and i am unable to use any mobile data, im not sure whats happened and i am unable to contact customer services,

any ideas?
