I’ve entered my sim into a new device and it is asking for a pin to unlock the sim.
FAQ says talk to live agent but I can’t see any option to do so.

Type “talk to a person” when using chat, so you get an iD agent - not the 24/7 chat bot.

We can provide a PUK code if this is what’s being asked for?
If it’s a network unlock code, we won’t be able to assist and you’ll ned to get the device unlocked.

I managed to get the PUK code but turns out its actually the device which is locked to another network!

You can contact the original network to see if the handset can be unlocked.

Maybe the iD account holder can privately ask for help from iD support via Facebook Messenger, or by sending a Twitter DM (direct message)
The support teams work until 8pm weekdays (6pm at weekends).
