How do I get to speak to someone - chat bot is driving me mad.

Sorry to hear about the difficulty you’re having trying to get through to someone. If our Chat Bot is unable to assist you, you should be taken through to one of our Live Chat agents. Although, our Live Chat Team are only available: 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.

Is it something we can assist you with here on the Community? What issue are you having? If it’s something that requires us to look into your account, one of our Community Moderators will contact you over direct message and look into it for you.

Hi yes its data services not working on one of my children's phone. If someone could contact me direct I can share the account details.

The chatbot has been no use I'm afraid.

Okay @Rmca, to avoid the 24/7 chat bot, just type “talk to a person” after connecting.

It’s often a challenge communicating with iD Mobile @Rmca.

Have you tried the iD Mobile social media customer support team, using facebook (with Messenger), or Twitter (by DM).

I’ve found them to be really helpful - anyway, good luck @Rmca.

What seems to be the issue?

Are you unable to connect to the network at all in any location?

Have you tested the SIM in a different handset?

If the coverage is good at the link below it may be a faulty SIM.

I’ve just tried live chat with success, what issues have you had with it?

 

I’d recommend using a different device/browser and trying the live chat there too.
