network and data not working

so my network and data hasn't work for 4+ days now... ive tried turning the phone on and off removing and putting the sim back in and nothing works... does anyone kniw how i can get this working again?

Does your iD SIM work in another handset @Tom Meaker? 

Perhaps the SIM card broke or developed a fault at the same time iD Mobile had network issues.
