I've got 1 bar signal for the past three weeks ,voice keeps breaking up. 

 

This is unacceptable ! 

What can you do for me ?

Hello  Tom,

Yes it's been a steady 4/5 bars signal strength.  I've checked the strength for the past 3 weeks and it's stating OK but it's not OK. 

Sg6 3sq. 

I've restarted my phone  and that's not made a difference either . 

Everyone's saying the same, they hear the start and end of what I'm saying but the middle of every word I speak is crackled out. 

I cant have a signal like this ! I'm disabled  it's the only phone in my home ! I don't want to be laying on the floor dying unable to ring for help because of idmobiles poor signal.  

 

I expect too recieve a discount for no signal for the past three weeks.
