Right. I’m contacting you regarding terrible network experience. It’s happened a few times now over the last couple months where I’ve gone 2-3 days without any network each time. You’ve been taking the monthly payments and I think for the inconvenience you have caused me. I should be entitled to some kind of reimbursement or a free month.

I have had no signal anything for 3-4 days, waiting for it to be resolved!

Agreed, I'm very tired of this. How much longer I don't know. Better to just change providers at this point. I hear "talk mobile" is good from a friend?

It’s pathetic. I’ve been with them for 8 months. And I’ve had multiple problems with network already.
