@Andrea Kyte Hope this can help you I saw this on another post a few week's ago.

This number is for IDMobile sales and if they can't help you there's an option when it works on Live Chat. You have to type the message in Live Chat "Speak to a person". 

Here is the sales number 020 7139 1397 good luck.
