Good luck! I started a new contract last Wednesday with my number due to be ported last Friday. My old network disconnected my number last Friday morning & it hasn’t worked since. ID mobile say the port was successful but cannot explain to me what has happened to my number. They’ve been telling me for 6 days now that it will be resolved within 24 hours. I would seriously reconsider your move to ID if you can!

This is completely normal, all plans are provisioned a number from us before the number you transfer is transferred over.
