New SIM FOIR 2nd PHONE....

I have a new SIM only contract for my 2nd phone. If I try calling my 1st phone it rings & then cuts me off instantly. I have checked both phones but I cannot find the problem. I can text my 1st phone but not call it. I can call & text everyone else. Both SIMs are iDmobile. Any one have any ideas? Thank you..

Are you able to call your 2nd phone from your 1st phone?

 

Have you tried swapping the SIMs between the devices to see if the issue still occurs?
