New to ID Mobile - STAC

I am moving to ID Mobile and have received a new phone and sim card . I have not used my old Gif Gaf phone for 6+ months and they have told me I cannot get a PAC or STAC - I am not that worried about keeping the number . Any idea how I can proceed in setting up my new phone ?

Welcome to the Community!

If you are not able to move the number over I would advise to double check that your contract/plan with GiffGaff is cancelled.

The iD Mobile SIM is ready to use so you can pop the SIM into the handset and start using it.
