I cannot use mobile data anywhere with my phone, it just doesn’t work. I have an IPhone 11. Signal bar only shows 1 bar but coverage checker says in my post code 4g should be excellent. I can only receive 1 bar on 3G. Post code is CO6 2FD. WiFi off & mobile data on. No matter what I do, I cannot improve signal where ever I go to so unless I have WiFi I cannot use my phone data plan of which I’m paying for unlimited but this is currently useless. Please can anyone help?

Sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing.
It sounds like it could be a faulty SIM or handset so it may be worth testing the SIM in a different handset.
Alternatively we can get a replacement SIM sent out or you can collect one from a Curry’s store.
