I have just moved over to ID & can’t access my data or contact them to sort it out.  What a total rip off!
Why is it so difficult to get anything sorted.  Customer service isn’t!
Now looking for a new phone plan.

I’m sorry to hear you can’t access your data after moving to us, is it just mobile data?

 

Are you able to make calls and send texts? Do you have any bars of signal?
