no service all day

just joined iD 3 days ago my first mobile was 1989. NEVER have i had any outage. today, all day, no service. yet friends on 3 have no problem. one is sat next to me right now

 

no service FY5 3SA

 

what's going on iD??

BUT why does my friend sat next to me, on THREE, have full service?

Can you elaborate on what you mean by full service? 

Are you using your iD SIM in the same type of handset as your friend?

we both have iPhone 14 max pro

he has a THREE SIM

I have iD SIM

he has normal service, signal, calls, sms, data m normal.

i have NO SERVICE

 

so why is iD getting substandard service

 

please don't suggest silly things like reinsert SIM, check phone, reboot... all that obvious stuff has been done

 

EDIT

his SIM in my phone works fine, my iD SIM in his= No SERVICE

 

THE PROBLEM IS WITH ID

You will need to speak to a live chat agent who can look at your account. You can do that here. Your SIM might have developed a fault and a live chat agent can arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.

You’d be surprised how often that happens on iD Mobile! So, my question isn’t pathetic. However, I do understand that some might find it offensive especially when they pay their bills on time.

The other thing that happens surprising frequently is broken or faulty iD SIM cards - perhaps iD are cutting corners with their new SIM cards.

TWO DAYS NO SERVICE

live chat isnt working either 

jeez i only jad this SIM on wed. 

went to carphone warehouse today and they changed the sim. guess what, NO SERVICE after

3hrs what a farce

Live chat is working just fine for me… Can’t you borrow your mates phone and contact live chat on that if it don’t work on your phone? Failing that, DM iD Mobile on Facebook.

Hi not had mob Tel service for the last three days?

Are I.D. going to reimburse me for this?

Also still waiting for refer a friend to be sent to my bank account
