I have 2 phones using Id mobile which have had no service for over 1 day.

Can this be investigated please?

Issue resolved - transmitter was down - affected other providers as well.

I can see that we offer 3G but it is borderline between good service indoor and outdoor.

Whats your coverage like outdoors?

Yes. Reception in the new forest can be patchy to be honest. I have a feeling that the issue is one or more transmitters are being updated
