I haven’t been able to send text messages since switching to ID mobile. If this can’t be resolved I’d like to cancel my contract as I need to be able to use texts
What steps have iD Mobile advised you take to resolve your issue
I guess, the only ‘stick’ you’ve got is leave iD for another service provider.

Is the issue with texting only in certain areas? Are there issues with data or calling?
Is the issue with texting all numbers or just certain ones?
Have you checked the device’s settings to make sure the number is set correctly? Have you tried the iD Mobile SIM in another device?
