NOT ALLOWING ME TO UPGRADE

I’ve finished my 2 year term and now want to upgrade however the app doesn’t let me view all the possible upgrade deals! 
 

Been on the website as well but it just tells you to login and then does the same thing!

You can also discuss an upgrade with the iD sales team - call 0800 049 0250, @Harry C Howe.

Hi, you can also upgrade via Carphone Warehouse website which I found easier than trying to speak to someone on the phone.

 

Select ‘Upgrades’ from the main page, enter your ID information and it will check your eligibility and show you all the relevant deals available.

Hi @Harry C Howe, the iD app/your plan online should show all of your available upgrade options. However, you can also call the sales team direct to discuss.

Their number is 0207 1391 397. They’re open from 9am-6pm.
