Since I got iD Mobile. I have had nothing but problems. I hardly get any service. Only the first bar on my phone is showing. We had a power cut yesterday and I switched to Mobile data and I had no network. I couldn't post on Facebook to ask if anyone else had the power cut. So I tried other sites and could not get on them either. I have never had any issues with previous suppliers. I want to cancel but it says I would owe over £500. Why if I am not getting the service I have paid for. Its really doing my head in.

If no issues are showing it may be worth trying the SIM in a different handset and also sending out a replacement SIM.
