I am not happy with changing to id mobile, I do not like how there is no contact number for me to speak with anybody and all online chat?
my pac code can not be changed over until 02.04 and my first payment for my bill was originally 26th of every month now changed to the 10th? I want to speak with somebody about this??

Due to the bank holiday weekend the port date of the 2nd is the earliest date.
Regarding your billing, it sounds like your bills are produced on 26th of every month and due for payment on the 10th as payments are due around 14 days later.
You can check your bill to see the bill due date.
If you wish to change your payment date you can do this via your account/app.
