Not receiving Calls

Userlevel 1

 I have transferred my old number with the PAC from my previous supplier.

I can make and receive calls no problem. But nobody can call 

Could someone check this issue??

Forum members can’t look at customer accounts - I’d suggest using iD online Live Chat for assistance. 

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
