numbers haven't transferred correctly


Soo I PAC over to ID from EE, I have the Google pixel 7.

I can make phone calls and it comes up with my number and I can send texts but it comes up with another number

 

But I can not make calls or texts at all. I really need this sorted asap

Turn OFF the “Chat features” option in the Google Messages app on your Pixel handset.

Then go to https://messages.google.com/disable-chat, and deregister the ‘wrong’ number you mentioned being linked to your sent text messages.

Still not working, thank you though 

Anyway of getting the SIM rebooted.. or to talk to a human rather then online?

Are you still having issues with this?

 

The number port should have completed and if chat features are off now, the correct number from the SIM card should be being used now.

 

Have you tried the SIM card in a different device to test?
