My card is suddenly being declined by the DVLA because the one time mobile verification number is an old one that i had years  ago.  The bank  said to contact my provider to sort this. But theres no one to contact???

Okay @MJM67, forum members can’t check your iD network account. Perhaps it’s better and faster to use one of iD Mobile’s preferred customer support channels:

  • Live Chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (via a popup window in a browser).
  • Send a private message with Facebook Messenger.
  • Send a DM using X (formerly Twitter).

The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

Yeah @MJM67, unfortunately online live chat can be like a lottery.

Are you able to change the number you have with the DVLA that they use for verification to the one you have now?

 

I’m a little confused here, any further information would be appreciated so we can advise further or if you’re already in contact with the team on Facebook, continue with them.
