outstanding balance but i have a direct debit agreement

I have had an email saying I have an outstanding balance but my direct debit agreement is still set up. I have tried logging on to the app but it says no network. I can't log on to my account online as it won't let me due to connection issues. Not sure what I'm supposed to do? It says my account will be suspended..

Same here , all paid upto date but email stating not paid , must have tech issues as can`t log in to account, Same rubbish service from ID Mobile

Same here - email and threat of account suspension as dd hasn’t been taken today as usual. 
Can’t login to app either 😔
