I asked for a PAC code since I cancelled my contract. I was told the code was emailed but unfortunately it said PAC Code not created. Can you help me to fix this problem please?
Normally you can’t get a PAC after you CANCEL your iD contract
Was your disconnection within the last 60-days
If yes, then iD should be able to give you a PAC, as per the post here byÂ
You might need to speak to ID customer service through social media using Facebook Messenger, or X (Twitter) DM, and refer them to this topic.Â
