I recently switched to ID mobile, I was given a new number and told I needed to get my PAC code from my old provider to keep my number.
I did this and it said it had switched, the phone now has a primary and secondary number (my old number ending 0784 and new number ending 5115) my old number is listed as the primary one and is the one that can be found on my ID mobile app. However it doesn’t appear to have any signal or connection?? Instead my secondary number is the only number I can dial out on or be called on.
Please can someone advise on how to fix this as I can’t be contacted in that number and the bank need to ring me for me to get access to my online banking ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ absolute nightmareÂ
