You may need to provide your date-of-birth (the one given to iD when you registered) - the iD SMS reply will explain if that’s required.
I have no service as I have cancelled my contract & nothing is working on line

If you’ve cancelled your contract, you wouldn’t be able to get a PAC code also due to the number being disconnected.
It would either be getting a PAC Code and using this to cancel OR using a STAC code to cancel without keeping the number OR cancelling via 30-days notice.
