PAC code not worked

I have recently joined ID and used a pac code to port my number accross. I receive texts and calls on the correct number but when i reply to them the texts come through on the recipients phone as the original number which i was given from ID.

Okay @Nick Drew, what handset are you using with your iD SIM card, after switching your number to iD Mobile?

Okay @Nick Drew, assuming your old handset was also an Android device, I recommend that you TURN OFF the “Chat features” option in Message app on your Pixel 7.

If you leave “Chat features” turned OFF, everything should work as expected.

I’d recommend the above by @andewhite and either turning off the chat features option or making sure the number in the chat features settings is the correct number.
