pac code not working

I’ve recently requested a pac code from Vodafone, and have entered it on the ID mobile website. I have triple checked the info I put in and it’s all correct. However it’s saying the information is incorrect and can’t process it at the minute. I notice that there’s quite a few people with the same problem but I haven’t seen the solution.

One of most common reasons for this error is that new customers have already submitted their old provider’s PAC to iD Mobile, typically at the point of purchase.

A PAC is valid for 30-days, from the date of issue, and can only be used once.

Have you already submitted your PAC code at checkout?

 

If so you won’t be able to submit it again and won’t need to, it’ll port on the date selected/given at checkout.

I'm having the same issue with Vodafone PAC code all the info is correct but I'm unsure weather I have submitted the info during my purchase or not I don't believe I did it is there a way to find out?
