pac code will not work

Hi dear sir/madam ☺️ I do not have a transaction number as I brought through E2Save mobile, I tried the PAC code many times please help🤞

Hey @Monkeynutzer - have you registered online for your “My iD Account”? 
You can do this using a web browser at “my.idmobile.co.uk”, using the “Register” tab option. 

You might be able to submit your PAC via your “My iD Account”, once this has been setup. 
Otherwise you’ll probably need to use the online iD live chat for assistance submitting your PAC.

The online iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Thanks the reply 😊 I have solved the issue, I spoke to customer service and they gave the the correct transaction number 🥳
