pac not working

I am trying to port my old number from ee into id as I’ve just started a new contract with id. On my joining emails I was given a mobile number but that is different from the one that works on the phone and the id mobile sim! I now get emails through saying they relate to the last 4 digits of the number assigned to the sim and also this number is shown in the phone settings. 
basically I am entering all the correct details into the PAC entry page and I get an error message. I think the details say it is not possible to port an id number to id, although I am not trying to do that!

can someone help with this please?
