Have a look in Setting > General > About.
The model name and model number are listed here (in iOS 15.7 at least).

Ah, I see - in that case have a look at the invoice you got with your phone.
The make and model should be shown somewhere on the invoice.

Looks like it might be an Honor 8X (basically a cheaper version of a Huawei handset).
When did you buy this phone?
It’s probably running Android 9.0, so if you use search to find “Settings”, then tap “System”, then tap “About phone”, then tap “Model”.

I think there are two screen-sizes for the Honor Play: 6.09” and 6.3”.
The Honor Play 8A has a smaller screen but, comes only one camera lens.
I think yours is an Honor Play - good luck
