Hi,
I’ve recently completed my 24month phone contract with ID mobile. When I log into the app I can see they’ve offered me cheaper plans as I obviously no longer need to pay for the handset. Will this change my phone number or will I be able to keep the same number?

You normally keep your mobile number, whenever choosing an eligible plan from those presented while signed-in to iD account,
