I’ve spoken to the robot assistant and finally got through to an actual person to help me with this situation. I’ve done all the reset and stuff.
However, that didn’t work, so you was going to send me a new Sim. It hasn’t arrived ( that was last month). I’ve been trying to get back in contact but hasn’t worked.
i’m really struggling with this problem because anyone that phones my number is directed that it’s unavailable. This whole time I am receiving nothing and it’s been nearly 2 months.
I just want a new sim with my number working.
