Pixel 6 Pro issues with 4G even though I am in covered area

Hi,

 

I just got the pixel 6 pro and I cannot get 4G in the Norwich area, I looked the maps and it is definitely supported and covered in this area. I noticed however it jumps from 4G to H+ when connecting too. Is this problem with phone or you guys?

Have you installed the latest firmware updates?

Check the latest network status here for any known issues.

Yeah all updated, even running android 13 beta 2 that was just released with a updated modem.

Apparently 3 is doing work on masts but even when I was at home I never got 4G.
