ported over my number from existing provider 02 and cannot receive calls or texts, this is my work phone!!! I have started to read all these complaints and is very concerning with the lack of help!!

We would advise to allow until 10pm on the port date for the port to complete.
Are you able to receive calls and texts and use data?
It may be worth resetting your network setting to see if that sorts things out.

Hi Kash I've tried that thank you 4 days now same problem, will have to cancel if not sorted as my wifes work phone for caring
