Hi

I have pre ordered an iPhone 14 plus but I have not received any updates. I ordered on September 10 will I be receiving the phone on the date it comes out so the 7thOctober ? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @Absy  what date was given as the expected fulfilment when you placed the order?

If it was 7th October, it should be picked (as long as we receive enough stock), on the 6th October and tracking info sent via email.

Hi I ordered on September 10th and it said available 7/10/2022. and thank you, I just wasn’t sure as hadn’t received any further emails about shipping etc.

I guess key to this is iD Mobile having sufficient items in their warehouse to fulfil all their September 2022 pre-orders.
