proof of usage for insurance claim

I lost my iphone since the 5th of December 2023 and I reported to ID mibile using the chat to contact customer services. However,  they keep telling me that it has been sent to my email. However,  I have not recives it. Its frustrating to say the least. I just need confirmation that phone and sim was blocked and confirmation of usage.

Please any advice on how to resolve the situation will be appreciated.  Thank you.
