My wife has just changed from O2 to Id mobile - much better value. All went well (almost) but today she received an email from iD mobile saying that she had to change account four figure PIN number. Contacted Live chat, but agent said just to leave number as is ???? anyone else had such a request from iD mobile - very confusing, mor especially since you cant actually speak to a real human...Â

Which PIN are you referring to?
We do have a Customer Services PIN we send to you and this by default I believe is the last 2 digits of the mobile number and last 2 digits of the account number used for payments.
You can change this in the app but isn’t something that’s needed to be done.
Are you referring to this PIN?
It’s the PIN you can use when contacting via Live Chat as part of security.
