On October 6, I ordered a trial SIM card.
the order had a 30-day return option.
Today, October 16, I want to make a return and I received the message:
If you choose to end your plan today, your estimated final bill will be £194.84.
and the contact with id is a failure
If you ordered online you get a cooling-off period lasting 14 days under the distance selling regulations. During this, you can leave penalty-free, though you'll need to pay for any chargeable calls, texts or data you've used.
everything seems easy.
However, when I click on the link
