I am abroad and my roaming not working! - WHY??? (It's ON in my phone)

Whereabouts are you roaming? 
Have you turned roaming ON in your iD online account (iD app) @Meg Prus?

Your UK plan allowances can only be used to roam in 50 EU + EEA destinations. Anywhere else is charged at your destination’s roaming rate, and only works if your iD account bill cap is at a sufficient level.
