I've run out of my data and I would like to start my next moth data .

Perhaps login to your iD online account, and buy a data add-on, or a new bundle if using PAYG.

 

I'm not using pay as u go I have contract I didn't meant to change my billing date from the 30th to 15th and I have no data left for 16 days what would I have to doe.

And how would I be able to start my next roll over or get some data and allowances

Okay @Niyazi capar, I suspect you can only change your billing date once in any billing period. 
Probably a question of waiting now, for your new billing period to begin, at which point you should be able to change your billing date again.

Alternatively, speak to the iD customer support team as below: 

The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
