Hi all having problems claiming the S23fe trio offer ,Samsung need an invoice but what i received off ID they wont except . I bought the phone on contract so invoice shows perches price as £0 have been on chat twice and phone complaints still waiting just wondering if anyone knows how to solved this .

Sorry to hear this, will Samsung not accept your invoice from iD Mobile or is the issue that the upfront cost was £0 therefore purchase price would be input as £0?

Hi Tom thanks for you interest it was £0 price they didn't like but all sorted now after a few online chats and three phone call and logging complaint , but in the end got there bloody technology ha-ha
