Samsung phone not charging


Firstly I didn’t realise how difficult it would be to get ID to rectify an issue (definitely changing suppliers when contract ends). My Samsung decided to stop charging after 20 months of use. As I diabetic who relies on their phone to monitor their sugar levels this is more than a little troublesome. Cannot speak to anybody, so having to rely on a community page for help.

For immediate assistance, it’s best to get in-touch with iD customer services using their online chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

The iD chat agents work until 8pm weekdays.

There are also customer support agents assisting on iD Mobile’s facebook and Twitter social media pages.

@Gene Miller, you can visit any Currys or Carphone Warehouse to discuss your repair options.

Otherwise, I suggest contacting Samsung directly, to use the manufacturer's warranty for your handset:

I doubt the battery itself would be covered by any warranty, unless it was shown to be faulty.
