Hi, in November me and my partner ordered two Samsung galaxy ultra s22's which was on the "trade in want phone in any condition and get £150."
My partner sent in a working Samsung S20 and I sent in an old HTC. She has been paid the payment for the value of her phone but neither myself or her have been paid the extra £150 each as per the deal. She has tried to resolve this many times and had just been ignored so what should I do? We are owed £300...
